July 21, 2021, Phoenix, AZ-- Hollywood talent manager Robert Rossi brings ROSSI Talent Management (RTM) to the Valley of the Sun. The native Phoenician combines a variety of disciplines to offer a full service enterprise that includes scouting, developing, and producing talent for TV and Film.

RTM’s specialized workshops will give local kids a real feel for the Hollywood audition process. The workshops will offer a photo shoot by acclaimed LA photographer Robert "Katz" Kazandjian and A-list celebrity stylist Wesley O'Neil. Each participant will receive both a commercial and theatrical headshot for their portfolio. Also included are scene study evaluations with acting coaches from L.A.’s own Shari Shaw Studios and scene specialist Melissa Blanchard. The top 10 kids will be called back and offered representation by RTM for national TV and film management.

 

Rossi has a keen eye for what is fresh and upcoming in the world of casting. He scouts for a wide range of backgrounds, genders and ethnicities and specializes in representing deaf talent.

“Phoenix offers a cross spectrum of backgrounds that casting directors are looking for now more than ever,” said Rossi, who obtained a degree in Deaf Studies at CSUN, and is fluent in American Sign Language (ASL).

Trend forecasting is one of the many unique skills that catapulted Rossi to become the go to guy for talent. RTM also specializes in social media marketing, media and red carpet interview techniques and developing sophisticated marketing strategies that help give talent the visibility they deserve.

Since opening RTM in Los Angeles, Rossi’s clients have landed auditions with top tier casting directors. His clients have been booked on ABC’s American Housewife, Netflix series Tales of the City and Grace and Frankie, CBS’s Two Broke Girls, HBO’s High Maintenance, ABC’s Station 19, FX’s American Horror Story, and feature films La La Land and Daddy’s Home, to name a few.
 

A special open call for Phoenix talent is scheduled Thursday, August 5 at Sammie and Dannie Vintage Boutique. Open calls run from 10:00am to 12:00pm. The first scheduled workshop is set for September 18th and 19th at Sammie and Dannie Vintage Boutique.

A special live streamed grand opening is planned for August 4 at Sammie & Dannie Vintage Boutique. The event begins with red carpet arrivals at 7:00pm and a champagne toast at 7:45pm, featuring music by DJ P-Body. 7:45pm.
